just so you know how much we miss food back home, we actaully spent a hour yesterday working out our ultimate meal -

mums sunday roast :-)
cherry crubmble (or cheesecake, toughie that one)
cheese platter (no cheese here, very upsetting)

all washed down with a pint of port i think
