hanoi again and offski

done a few tourist things here - went to see the water puppet show last night which was quite 'novel' - although im glad it only lasted 50 minutes, and im glad i only paid $2 for it -

does that sound positive???

also found some wicked bars and food places - ended up with four medicinal shooters last night, all of which tasted worse than paint stripper - they where meant to be herbal and healthy but they just strippped the skin from my lips which are still hurting today - lovely

also went to a great canteen called bittet - bought 200 people crammed into a tiny room, but we got steak in garlic, fried potato, salad and a beer for $2 - food tastes so much nicer when its cheaper!! strange but true!!
